Suburban Health Organization is proud to celebrate three member hospitals – Hancock Health, Hendricks Regional Health, and Johnson Memorial Health – for earning top marks from The Leapfrog Group for excellence in patient safety.
The “A” Hospital Safety Grade recognizes hospitals that achieve excellence in preventing medical errors, injuries, and infections.
Hancock Health received its 11th consecutive “A” Hospital Safety Grade for Fall 2025, the longest-running “A” streak in Indiana and among only 4% of hospitals nationwide to achieve the designation more than ten times in a row.
Hendricks Regional Health’s Danville Hospital and Johnson Memorial Health also earned “A” grades, demonstrating their shared commitment to delivering high-quality, safe care for every patient, every time.
These achievements reflect SHO’s shared commitment to advancing health outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of care across the region.
