As Continuing Education Program Administrator, Terri leads SHO’s CE program. In collaboration with the SHO team, she led SHO in successfully achieving accreditation as a Continuing Medical Education (CME) provider through the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA), obtaining approval as a Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) provider through the Ohio Nurses Association, and becoming an approved provider for social workers through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board. Terri collaborates with others to develop CE activities for physicians, nurses, social workers, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Terri is a member of SHO’s CE Committee, Clinical Excellence Council, and is the project manager for the Physician Leadership Series. Terri works closely with coordinators at SHO’s affiliated hospitals in providing CEs for hospital-based activities. Prior to joining SHO, Terri developed an interprofessional CE Program at a Quality Improvement Organization, serves as a member of the ISMA Commission on Medical Education, and mentors other organizations seeking CME accreditation.
