As Provider Recruitment Intern, Jeniece works closely with SHO’s Provider Recruiter and Provider Recruitment Coordinator to assist with the implementation of strategic sourcing activity for SHO hospital members, including utilization of various resources and methods to source candidates.

Other responsibilities include:

• Inputting and managing new candidates in sourcing databases
• Responding to recruitment management system daily emails
• Creating and preparing SHO internal and external mailers
• Assisting with the maintenance of the shared SHODocs inbox
• Inputting data and maintaining the Microsoft Teams Recruitment site
• Developing online marketing content for social media outreach
• Supporting weekly email blasts based on weekly schedule and any follow-up contact with interested candidates
• Assisting with the implementation of the Residency Program Outreach project plan
