As SHO’s Digital Health and Analytics Consultant, Elise develops population health reporting infrastructure to provide hospital leadership and clinical team members with insights for strategic solutions to improve performance in value-based contracts. Elise also serves as SHO’s HIPAA Security Officer.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing various analytics tools to extract meaningful utilization and financial data for the SHO value-based contracts.
- Working closely with various payers such as Anthem, United Healthcare, and CMS to develop dashboards that allow each organization to track the results of changes and trends within the patient populations.
- Providing support for implementation and maintenance for myVirtualHealthVisit and other telehealth initiatives.
- Serving as project manager for various SHO strategies.
- Annual development of the SHO Financial Integration Model (FIM).
