Elise Crockett

As SHO’s Digital Health and Analytics Consultant, Elise develops and operationalizes population health reporting infrastructure to provide hospital leadership and clinical team members with actionable insights to improve performance in value-based contracts. She also serves as SHO’s HIPAA Security Officer and co-leads the internal compliance council in partnership with the HIPAA Privacy Officer, supporting organizational alignment on privacy, security, and risk management.

In this role, Elise:

• Leverages analytics tools to extract, analyze, and synthesize utilization, quality, and financial performance data across SHO value-based contracts and CIN initiatives
• Partners with payers including Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and CMS to design dashboards that track performance trends and measure the impact of clinical and operational interventions across patient populations
• Supports CIO workplan execution and strategic initiatives, including vendor risk management and AI governance efforts
• Serves as project manager for key SHO strategies and digital health initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment
