In addition to helping guide strategic corporate direction as part of SHO’s Strategic Council, Dan oversees the daily operations of the organization’s Information Technology, Communications, Provider Recruitment, and Analytics functions. Dan also shares in co-executive sponsorship of SHO’s internal management teams including the Communications, Technology, and Compliance Councils.
Dan manages key strategic collaborations with SHO’s member hospitals including the CIO Council, the Marketing Council, and user groups associated with a shared telehealth platform and shared risk management information systems.
Dan also leads SHO efforts around shared application and service acquisition, implementation, project management, and vendor relations including two telehealth platforms, cyber security services, risk management information systems, and a shared credentialing system.
Additionally, Dan plays a key role in the exploration and operational development of shared provider specialty service arrangements through SHO’s Provider Recruitment activities.
