Vice President of Technology and Operations
Dan serves on SHO’s Strategic Council, helping guide organizational strategy while overseeing the daily operations of Information Technology, Communications, Provider Recruitment, and Analytics. He is a co-executive sponsor of key internal councils supporting technology, communications, and compliance.
Dan leads multiple strategic collaborations with SHO member organizations, including the CIO and Marketing Councils, and plays a central role in advancing SHO’s AI Consortium—a cross organizational initiative focused on the responsible governance and shared adoption of artificial intelligence.
In this capacity, Dan oversees shared application and service strategy, including technology acquisition, implementation, project management, and vendor relationships. His work spans cybersecurity services, enterprise risk and compliance systems, analytics platforms, a credentialing solution, and other shared digital and operational services that support system wide efficiency and alignment.
Additionally, Dan plays a key role in the strategic exploration and operational development of shared provider specialty service arrangements through SHO’s Provider Recruitment efforts, helping member organizations address workforce needs through collaborative and scalable approaches.
