Barbara carries responsibility for integrating the strategic plan of the company with its operations and for coordinating across departments to maximize the use of organizational resources. Additionally, Barbara is a member of SHO’s executive team and other key councils which provide leadership and strategic direction organization-wide. This includes service line management, infrastructure management, and staff development.
