Keith Barnhart

As SHO’s Chief Financial Officer, Keith oversees the management of all accounting and budgeting functions. Keith is also responsible for the financial and operational oversight of the Risk Retention Group. In addition to those responsibilities, Keith serves as a member of SHO’s Executive Team.

Keith is a member of the CFO Council, where top SHO hospital financial executives meet regularly to review results of SHO’s risk-based contracting agreements and messenger model agreements with other payors. He also works closely with the CFO Council on initiatives that will allow them to reduce expenses and achieve efficiencies across the SHO hospitals.
