In her position as Long Term Care Project Manager, Teresa executes all planning and logistics related to Long Term Care meetings, including Long Term Care Collaborators meetings, Long Term Care CEO meetings, Long Term Care Hospital meetings, and Long Term Care Education meetings. She provides assistance with the implementation of Long Term Care initiatives and also maintains appropriate records for these Long Term Care initiatives including department reports and data collection.

In addition to these responsibilities, Teresa also completes department expense tracking and event budget analysis and assists with the creation and distribution of Long Term Care communications. She coordinates recognition parties with hospitals and facilities and also coordinates quarterly education events. Finally, Teresa works to provide in-services for CPR, First Aid and Expressive Arts training.
