In her role as the Help Desk Specialist, Jessica is responsible for the primary support of the SHO help desk for the company, staff, and guests. She aids in the monitoring and maintenance of SHO systems, including but not limited to the network (LAN, WAN, WLAN), virtual infrastructure, storage area network, virtual servers, virtual desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
