As Provider Recruitment Coordinator, Haley connects with physicians and advanced practice providers to get a better understanding of their needs and wants, to fit them with the right community and staff across our network of hospitals. Haley is also a member of SHO’s Provider Recruitment Council.

Other responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and managing candidate flow
• Building connections and relationships with viable candidates
• Recruiting candidates through a variety of resources and scheduling initial phone screens
• Developing candidate outreach efforts including email and direct mail
• Managing relationships with residency/fellowship programs
• Developing online and print marketing materials
• Representing Suburban Health Organization at recruitment and industry events
• Inputting and maintaining data by utilizing department systems and tools
• Maintaining and updating SHOdocs website content

Haley is an active member of the Indiana Society of Provider Recruiters (INSPR).
