As SHO’s Long Term Care Educator, Brandon works to develop and provide training to the staff at Long Term Care facilities in an effort to help improve the clinical competency of staff and the overall quality of care for the residents. Brandon helps review quality indicators with facility and hospital leadership. Based on his findings he helps develop action plans to improve areas of opportunity. He also helps facilities with regulatory survey preparation and specialty program development. Brandon also tracks CMS 5 Star quality data and shares it with hospital leadership. In addition to these responsibilities, Brandon helps with planning quarterly education events and provides assistance with continuing education as a nurse reviewer.

Brandon Kaser has over 18 years of nursing experience in acute, long term care, rehab and assisted living. Prior to joining Suburban Health Organization, Brandon was a Regional Director of Clinical Services and was responsible for clinical, regulatory/compliance and program development for a group of newly acquired facilities in Indiana. As a Director of Nursing in a previous position, he started a new facility and earned a deficiency free survey from the ISDH along with 100% occupancy with a waiting list. He brings a host of education and training that he developed throughout his career.
