In her role as Senior Director of Long Term Care, Mary Ann is the liaison between nursing home affiliates and their respective hospital partner; Hancock Regional Hospital, Hendricks Regional Health, Henry Community Health, Johnson Memorial Health, and Rush Memorial Hospital. Mary Ann coordinates regular visits to each of the nursing homes and enables the sharing of information on best practices, sharing resources and developing programs for the nursing homes to utilize.
Additionally, Mary Ann will:
- Recommend initiatives to both hospitals and their nursing homes partners.
- Coordinate meetings with other collaborators of the SHO network.
