Physician Recruitment is recognized as a leader in the central Indiana physician recruitment arena. We offer physician candidates multiple opportunities across the SHO network.

We also assist in mid-level provider recruitment including physician assistants, nurse practitioners and certified registered nurse anesthetists.

In serving as a central resource for physician recruitment services to our owner hospitals - our preliminary profiling and screening process is key to pairing the candidate to the right practice opportunity within the SHO communities.

Other services which support our hospitals include travel planning, interview coordination, candidate background and reference checking, site visit coordination, contract negotiations assistance, immigration/visa processing assistance (J1 and H1B), relocation assistance and salary surveys.
