As Manager of Physician Recruitment, Tom provides leadership and direction for the Physician Recruitment team in addition to his responsibilities as a member of SHO’s Communications Council, Operations Council, the HIPAA Compliance Team, and the Mission & Values Team. He has worked in health care in the Indianapolis area for nearly 30 years. He has been a physician recruiter since 2003. As an Indianapolis native, he has broad knowledge of central Indiana and the area’s health care systems. His various roles in healthcare support his current focus on relationships and helping others make connections.
