As Manager of Shared Service Development, Karen Farris-Barnhart manages a portfolio of shared service opportunities for SHO’s owner hospitals through the Shared Services Council. Karen promotes and administers the Affinity Group structure and their emphasis on best practice sharing and shared service iniatiatives. She is also a member of SHO’s Operations Council, Affinity Group Leadership Council, Communications Council, HIPAA Compliance Team and the Mission & Values Team, and is the coordinator of the CNO Council.
