Suburban Focus

Dave oversees a variety of managed care services Suburban provides to its hospitals and their employed physician practices including:

1. Risk Contracting and Network Management
2. Messenger Model Non-Risk Contracting
3. Contract Consultation and Negotiation
4. DRG Performance Improvement
5. Fee Schedule Analysis
6. Physician Credentialing
7. Payor Communications and Trends

Dave also coordinates and oversees the CFO Council where top Suburban hospital financial executives meet regularly to review results of risk-based contracting agreements held by Suburban and messenger model agreements with other payors. Dave also is responsible for the management of the Suburban PHOs and St. Vincent CMO Risk Networks including the overall performance of the Risk Pool. Dave is a member of SHO’s Strategic Council and Trend Council.
