Suburban Focus

As Director of Operations, Dan leads SHO efforts around:

  1. Information Technology staff, projects, infrastructure, resource maintenance and planning
  2. CIO Council coordination
  3. Internal and external communication planning and execution
  4. Strategic oversight of Physician Recruitment
  5. General owner and vendor relationship-building
  6. Other key strategic initiatives, as assigned

Additionally, Dan is a member of SHO's Strategic, Technology, Communications, Managed Care, Quality and Shared Services, and Risk Retention Group Councils. He also provides leadership tp the Operations Council.
